- Oregonizm offers full exchanges and refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective clothing within 30 days of the original purchase accompanied by a receipt and with any original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card.
- Online orders returned in-store must be accompanied by the original invoice, original form of payment used, and a valid form of ID. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Orders placed with PayPal must be returned by mail.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order. Please note this process is not always sequential.
- Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store.
- The original shipping charge for online orders is not refunded.
